Posters will be displayed in the elctronic form on designated screens and in the Congress mobile application.

For e-poster preparation, please use this template.

• Posters should be prepared in Croatian or English.
• Posters should be prepared in PowerPoint, format 9:16, portret (vertical) orientation
• Posters should display the title, authors and institutions, and contain the following sections: introduction, material and methods, results and conclusion
• The e-poster must contain only one slide on which the entire content of the poster is shown
• Recommended font size:
  • title and subtitles: 54 – 72 pt
  • text and tables: 30 - 42 pt
  • description of images: 24 – 32 pt

• Use standard type styles (e.g., Calibri, Arial, Helvetica, Times New Roman).
• Posters may not contain audio / video or moving images
• Poster created in PowerPoint should be saved in PNG format (Save As .png)
• File size must be less than 10 MB

E-poster submission

Each corresponding autor will via e-mail receive a personal link before September 30, 2026 for submission of the e-poster. If any of the authors have not received an e-mail with the link by September 30, 2026, please contact the Organizing Committee  (info.kongres2026@hdmblm.hr).

Deadline for e-poster submission is October 12, 2026.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTERS' ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Abstracts selected for oral presentation should be prepared as PowerPoint presentation and presented in Croatian. It is recommended that each PowerPoint slide covers the content of one poster subheading (title and authors, introduction, materials and methods, results, conclusion).

Each oral presentation should last no longer than 6 minutes and we kindly ask the presenters to adhere to these instructions.

Presentations are uploaded on-site, at least three hours before the session.
